Pre-development
Development equity
Early capital for land options, grid studies, permitting and soft costs when the file is still being built. Structured for owner-developers who need partners before institutional senior debt is realistic.
Development → RTB
Bridge debt
Short-tenor funding to bridge from late development toward ready-to-build: connection deposits, remaining permits, EPC readiness and working capital while longer-term takeout is arranged.
Construction / RTB
Senior debt
Construction and term facilities sized to a bankable file — grid, land, permits, EPC / OEM and offtake identified. EnergyInfra prepares the pack; lenders underwrite on their own credit process.
How intake works

- Where useful, we pair funding outreach with valuation / feasibility and a project-specific data room.
