Customer, not a plan tier
EnergyInfra has no subscription plans. You are a customer of the desk, or you are not. Access is granted by relationship and mandate — not by upgrading a pricing ladder.
EnergyInfra holds European energy project materials so counterparties can diligence with clarity. This page states how we treat ownership, retention, access and transport — in plain language for an MVP desk, not a compliance theatre.
These are EnergyInfra product rules — written for developers, owners and investors who need a bankable trail, not a free-tier upgrade path.
EnergyInfra has no subscription plans. You are a customer of the desk, or you are not. Access is granted by relationship and mandate — not by upgrading a pricing ladder.
Documents and project materials you upload remain the property of the uploader (or the entity you represent). We hold them to operate the Service — qualification, underwriting, VDR and diligence — not to claim ownership of your IP.
For diligence and audit reasons, uploaded deal materials cannot be deleted. Retention is intentional: a transaction file needs a durable trail for counterparties, issuers and — where relevant — regulators.
Files can be updated with a new version, but the original file is retained. Filename, upload time and checksum (where we store them) keep that history transparent.
Inspired by the topics serious platforms put on a trust page — adapted to a curated European energy desk, not a multi-tenant app builder.
Public and member traffic runs over HTTPS / TLS. Credentials and session cookies are never sent in the clear.
Virtual data rooms are per project. Restricted folders open only after KYC approval (where required) and acceptance of that project’s NDA. Members see only rooms they are granted.
Platform operators administer grants and the book. Investors see assigned rooms. Sponsors see their own project file. There is no public dump of VDR contents, investor PII or seller private contacts.
EnergyInfra is not a public marketplace. Teasers are curated; rate limits and access checks protect downloads. We do not publish a bulk catalogue of confidential files.
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certifications on this page. Where we store checksums (SHA-256) and versioned reports, we say so because the product already does it for chain of custody. For personal-data rights and lawful bases, see the Privacy Policy. Project NDAs are summarised under NDA.
Tell us what you are reviewing — VDR access, retention, or how a specific upload is handled. We will answer with the desk process, not a brochure.
