A European finance-and-exit desk, not a marketplace skin
EnergyInfra exists because institutional buyers and lenders of European renewables still receive PDFs that cannot survive a credit committee. We sit between developers who hold sites and funds that will only open a model after grid, land and process are real — then we take the file to project finance or a clean exit.
Where we work
CEE and West Europe. The book is solar, onshore wind, hybrid and ESS / storage — batteries, thermal (sand and heat), hydro / pumped, and other energy storage systems. Iberia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Poland, the Nordics, the Baltics, Ireland and the UK, with Romanian assets when the file can connect. We will not pretend every bidding zone is equivalent.
Who we serve
Infrastructure funds, family offices with an energy mandate, storage IPPs and strategic utilities. Investors register with KYC (LEI or national company registration, vehicle, last transaction). The desk reviews the file before a VDR opens. Operator credentials are a separate product.
How we get paid
Economics are agreed per file — retainers, success fees, or a sell-side / financing mandate. This website is not an offer of securities and not a live auction.
