Take the file to finance or exit
EnergyInfra prepares European solar, wind, hybrid and ESS / storage assets for bankable project finance or a clean exit. ESS is broader than batteries: thermal (sand / heat), hydro / pumped and other energy storage systems sit in the same class. The product is the file: screened, documented, and moved through a controlled funnel.
Qualification
We source and screen European utility-scale files: land position, connection path, MW that can actually be built, and a seller who can transact. We do not warehouse 400 public listings.
Underwriting pack
Grid memo, land brief, permitting tracker, and a valuation written for a credit committee or a buy-side IC — not for a marketing site.
Virtual data room
Access is granted per asset. Documents are tagged teaser, valuation, grid, land, permits, financials, EPC. NDA is project-specific.
Process management
Qualified → NDA / VDR → teaser / valuation → EOI → NBO / SPA or financing close. The operator console records who is where. Members see only their own rooms.
Developer coverage
If you hold a European site and want institutional capital or an exit, the contact form is the intake. We will not publish your file without a mandate.
What we do not do
We are not a licensed investment firm on this MVP, not a broker-dealer, and not a live grid-data vendor. Market pages are labelled as seeded snapshots. This is not a public marketplace.
