Qualification to close

Qualify
We take a file only when land, grid path and MW are real enough to underwrite. Developers and owners come in through the desk, not a public auction page.

NDA / VDR
Each asset has its own NDA. Accepting it opens that project’s virtual data room — not a single orphan folder for the whole platform.

Teaser / valuation
The pack is written for a credit committee or a buy-side IC: grid, land, permits, and an indicative valuation. Not a marketing brochure.

EOI
Indications of interest are recorded against the asset and the member, with a stage the operator can see.

NBO / close
Non-binding offers, SPA or financing close sit with the operator console. RTB sale, COD sale, refinance — EnergyInfra does not publish fake clearing prices.

Day-one market copy is honest: these prints are compiled into market_snapshots and labelled with source and methodology. Live ENTSO-E wiring is later. We do not invent a feed.
