Non-disclosure (project form)
EnergyInfra uses a project-level NDA. Accepting it on a member workspace covers that asset’s virtual data room, not the entire book.
By accepting an NDA inside the member platform you confirm that you receive confidential materials for a named project, that you will use them only to evaluate a potential financing or exit, and that you will not copy them to third parties without EnergyInfra’s written consent.
The public page is explanatory. The binding click-accept happens on /member/projects/[id] or the project data room, and is stored in nda_acceptances.
This MVP text is a working form, not executed counsel paper. Production NDAs would be PDF-backed.
